How do I restore a subscription?

Open Duvaye, go to the subscription screen or Settings, and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure the device uses the same Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase.

How do I manage or cancel my plan?

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple or Google. Open your device subscription settings, select Duvaye, and review the available renewal or cancellation options.

My AI or barcode scan did not match the food.

Use a clear, well-lit image or hold the barcode steady inside the frame. You can review and edit nutrition details before saving a meal. If a barcode remains unavailable, contact us with the product name and country.

How do I request account or data deletion?

Use the account and data controls in Duvaye Settings, or email [email protected] from the address connected to your account.
